Precautions when using coal bunker lining: 

1. For the first use, after the silo materials are stored to two-thirds of the entire silo capacity, discharge is performed. 

2. During operation, always keep the material in the silo at the point where the material enters the silo, and always keep the material storage volume in the silo at more than one-half of the entire silo capacity. 

3. It is strictly forbidden for materials to directly impact the liner. 

4. The hardness particles of various materials are different, and the materials and flow rate shall not be changed at will. If it needs to be changed, it shall not be greater than 12% of the original design capacity. Changing the material or flow rate at will will affect the service life of the liner.

5. The operating environment temperature should generally not be higher than 100 ℃. 

6. Do not use external force to damage its structure and loose fasteners at will. 

7. The static time of materials in the warehouse should not exceed 36 hours (more viscous materials, please do not stay in the warehouse to prevent agglomeration). Materials with a moisture content of less than 4% can be properly extended for the static time. 

8. When the temperature is low, please pay attention to the static time of the material in the warehouse to avoid freezing.
